We will refund 100% of the purchase price paid (incl. the postage you have paid for your original order) of any item that the buyer is not satisfied with. Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date the buyer received the item. We must receive the item in the same condition that we shipped it in. All prices are final prices including German VAT if applicable. Any duties and other taxes are not included and have to be paid by the customer. Earth.org is selling according "Differenzbesteuerung" (§25a Umsatzsteuergesetz), VAT will not be displayed.
Earth.org always attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are accurate, complete or error-free. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders.
Every meteorite sold on the website will remain online with its description and photos (including a photo of the certificate of authenticity) in a special section of the website. The only information not displayed will be the price. If you do not want us to keep the entry of the meteorite you have purchased, please leave us a message and we will remove the item from the website. Anyhow, Earth.org does not guarantee that all sold meteorites will be kept online for as long as the website exists. However, our aim is to keep all items online for as long as this website exists.
